LETTER OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS – Municipal Bus Services

- The KANIFING MUNICIPAL COUNCIL is offering exclusivity to a private partner to operate a municipal bus service from which this Request for Proposals is issued.
- The KANIFING MUNICIPAL COUNCIL intends to select bidders for the following service contract under this project: MUNICIPAL BUS SERVICE
- A complete set of documents may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the Procuring Organisation at KANIFING MUNICIPAL COUNCIL, 57 MAMADI MANYANG HIGH WAY, THE GAMBIA Tel: (220) 4390545) Fax (220) 4370073 and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of D5,000.00.
- Submissions of Proposals must be received in sealed envelopes at KANIFING MUNICIPAL COUNCIL, 57 MAMADI MANYANG HIGHWAY no later than Friday, March 13, 2020 at 11 AM and be clearly marked “MUNICIPAL BUS SERVICE” (KMC/ADMIN2020/RFP/002).
- Bidders are requested to acknowledge receipt of the request for proposals, and to inform the Procuring Organisation whether or not it will be submitting a proposal.
Bidders will be advised, in due course, of the results of their Proposals.
