The First General Council of the Year

The first General Council of the year was held today, with the presentation of Activity Reports of 2022 from all Department heads and project.

Presentation were given by the various Department heads of Services,Planning & Department, Department of Finance, Administration,Municipality police,Compliance and lastly the KETP(Kanifing Environmental Transformation Programme).

The meeting was attended by all ward councillors and Nominated Councillors who gauged the department heads of their department’s activities and progress on matters concerning their departments.

Other matters discussed were:
1) Major projects for 2023.
2) KETP project updates.
3) NEA planned set settal slated for this Saturday(28 January).
4) implementation of 2023 budget.
