Mayor BENSOUDA today along with Lt Col Kuluteh Manneh – GAF launched the tree planting component of the EU funded KETP at the Fajara Barracks.
The project component will plant 190,000 trees in the municipality including 1000 in the army barracks.
By planting 190,000 trees, there will be significant carbon capture reducing pollution and creating a more liveable environment.
