BAHOUM REPLACES COLLEY AS NOMINATED MEMBER REPRESENTING THE DIFFERENTLY ABLE
The Lord Mayor is pleased inform the General public that Mr. Modou A.F Bahoum is now the Nominated Member representing the Differently able in Council effective 8th October, 2020.
Mr. Bahoum attended Berending Junior and Essau Senior Secondary Schools, respectively. He later proceeded to the University of The Gambia were he bagged a Diploma in social science,
He has worked with GBos as a Data Collector on contract but spent 16 years with The Department of Social Welfare.
The newly appointed member of Council is the current Executive Director of the Gambia Federation of the Disable.
He is a known advocator of the rights of persons with Disabilities in the Gambia.
Mr. Bahoum replaces Mr. Ebrima Colley who is now abroad on private assignment.
