KMC HOLDS TRAINING ON BY-LAWS FOR SECURITY FORCES
The Kanifing Municipal Council organized a training on its latest By-Laws for the security forces operating within the Municipality.
The training came following the promulgation of the By-Laws which were passed by KMC’s General Council under the leadership of Lord Mayor Talib Ahmed Bensouda.
The laws are under SUPPLEMENT “A” TO THE GAMBIA GAZETTE, NO. 34 of 9th June, 2020 and captured under the LEGAL NOTICE No. 26 of 2020.
The training is geared towards helping the security forces in their enforcement efforts, which is in accordance with the standing laws.
