Councilor Kebba Touray Joins African Youth Leaders at YELO Caucus in Morocco

The beautiful city of Dakhla, Morocco is currently hosting the Caucus of the Network of Young Local Elected Officials in Africa (YELO), under the United Cities and Local Governments of Africa (UCLG Africa).
