Cllr Habib Ceesay and Cllr Karamo Ceesay join Cllr Joko Njie and Cllr Agie Septieu Jaye in China

Councillor Habib Ceesay and Councillor Karamo Ceesay join Councillor Joko Njie and Councillor Agie Septieu Jaye in China for a high-level three-week seminar on public administration and public policy for developing countries.

The seminar is sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China and held at the China National Academy of Governance.

While in China, Cllr Habib Ceesay and Cllr Karamo Ceesay visited haidian District government service centre, to learn how it operates as a one window shop for business registration, operational license, social security and medical services.

KMC also hosts a single business window registry on behalf of the Ministry of Justice.
