The KETP Management Hosted Madam Laura Carpino Program Officer from the European Union

The Management of Kanifing Environmental Transformation Program hosted Madam Laura Carpino, a program officer from the European Union‘s delegation responsible for climate change, energy, and infrastructure. Madam Laura was given a comprehensive tour of the KETP facilities currently under construction and operational which includes the (Library of Things, Parks, ,Organic Waste Recycling System,) Call Center, Radio and the Station all of which have been provided to the Kanifing Municipal (KM) community by the Kanifing Environmental Transformation Program.

During her visit, Madam Laura also had the opportunity to meet with the KETP management team, which included Director Mr. Alieu Nyang, accompanied by Project Manager Lamin Sanyang, as well as other project officers and staff. The KETP and the residents of Kanifing Municipal Council, under the leadership of Lord Mayor Talib Bensouda, extend their heartfelt gratitude to the European Union for their financial support, aimed at enhancing the well-being of the local community
