The Kanifing Environmental Transformation Program (KETP) launched the Fleet Management System, Call Center and KETP Magazine (first edition)

The Residence of Kanifing Municipality are now provided with a toll free number( 1244) to call our already establish customer care service .

Call us now on 1244 for free to lodge a complaint on either waste collection(mbalit), anti littering or any other complaint, suggestions or advises under the council’s responsibility.

Congratulations to the KETP team for launching its first magazine highlighting the achievements in the project so far and we have no doubt that the fleet management system will go along way in not only monitoring our waste trucks but will help in a complete data collection processes and the possibility of automated access control.
