The Adlam Gambia Group Awarded the lord Mayor with Certificate of Appreciation
Adlam Gambia Group visited Mayor Bensouda today and awarded the Lord Mayor of Kanifing with a certificate of recognition, for his contribution towards the group’s unique initiative to advance literature in the Fula Language.
The Adlam script is a script used to write Fulani.
Lord Mayor – “I pledged to them that an ‘Adlam Section’ will be created in our New Library when opened.”
