The Committee has eight (8) members comprising three (3) Councillors, three subject matter specialists, one staff and one (1) Ex-Co members. All the subject matter specialists are non-staff of the Council. The CEO sits in the Committee as an Ex-Officio member.

TERMS OF REFERENCE OF THE COMMITTEE
The Committee is mandated:
- To review, develop and advise Council on matters, issues & policies pertaining to tourism, Arts, culture and foreign Affairs.
- To develop relationships for coordinating events with local groups involved in tourism, Culture, and Arts. .
- To recommend to Council programmes/activities that has the potential to promote Tourism and tourism related products, arts, and culture in the communities.
- To review and recommend for approval corporate objectives as they relate to Tourism, Arts, Culture and Foreign Affairs.
- To review, develop and advise on twinning opportunities.
- Such other functions as the Council may delegate or assign to the Committee.
The Committee meets monthly unless required otherwise.
